Her path began in the operational trenches of a fast-growing company, where she served as Executive Vice President at Extra Space Storage for seventeen years. There she helped shape business plans, growth and sales strategy, new business structures, and the acquisition decisions that fueled the company’s expansion.
That experience became the foundation for Roos Advisors, the international consulting firm she founded and has led since 2003. Over the years, Larendee has advised executives, built and led teams, and earned credentials as a DiSC Certified Partner, an Elite Book Yourself Solid Coach, a Strategic Interventionist, and an ordained ministerial counselor.
